Controls:
On all three models, the chamber is controlled by one electronic control which consists of a 4 digit L.E.D display, ON/OFF key, heat indicator, INCREASE and DECREASE keys, inegrated LOCK feature and a series of prompt sequence indicators, preventing unauthorized adjustments or accidental setting changes. An alarm will sound if temperature exceeds 10 degrees fahrenheit (6 degree celsius) over the set-point temperature. In the event of a power failure, the cabinet will remember its programming and begin to operate as as before. A warming shut-off system, separate from the electronic control, prevents overheating.
